General use
You must use our services in a lawful, responsible manner. Any use that causes harm, disruption, or risk to our systems or other users is not permitted.
Prohibited activities
The following activities are not allowed on Just2Host services:
- Sending spam, bulk unsolicited email, or email abuse
- Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Phishing, scams, or deceptive practices
- Copyright infringement or hosting pirated material
- Hate speech, harassment, or abusive content
- Illegal content or activity under UK law
- Unauthorised access attempts or network abuse
Resource abuse
You must not use our services in a way that unreasonably consumes resources or negatively impacts other customers.
- Excessive CPU, memory, or disk usage
- Abusive scripts or poorly configured applications
- Cryptomining or similar workloads
Email usage
Email services must be used responsibly. Bulk mailing, purchased mailing lists, and unsolicited marketing email are not permitted.
We may suspend email services where spam complaints, blacklist listings, or abuse reports are received.
Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your websites, applications, and credentials. Compromised accounts must be addressed promptly.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy.

- Content may be removed if it breaches this policy
- Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities
